Daniel Penticost Building Manager 286-288 Chestnut Hill Avenue Brighton, MA Danny, as we all call him, came from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, to Boston in the early 1960’s. He moved to Brighton in 1965 to raise his family and decided he liked Brighton so much he would stay. Then, in 1985 he took over the job of live-in building manager for 286-288 Chestnut Hill Avenue. With his considerable experience and a twinkle in his eye he provides all the residents with excellent service. When asked what he likes best about his job he said, “The tenants. They are very, very good and we’ve always had good tenants.”
